• Harmony Eleven reserves the right to limit or deny a service to people with doubtful behavior.

• Your intuitive phone, video or e-mail consultation is subject to your own personal interpretation and the guidance given is intended to be for entertainment purposes only. 

• One person only is allowed to participate or to be present in each consultation.

• Your session is not intended to, nor should it ever, take the place of any medical, legal, financial, traditional psychological, or other professional advice and you should always seek the appropriate professional advice. 

• Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book, receive and/or purchase a service.

• Live consultations vary in audio and visual quality based on your internet connection. It is your responsibility to make sure that your phone device, camera, microphone and internet connection are working appropriately. Harmony Eleven is not responsible for any live service interruptions. 

• Recording or taping your session with Harmony Eleven is strictly prohibited.

• The use of speakerphone during your session is not permitted.

• Please note that because of Harmony’s busy and unpredictable schedule, on occasion our office may have to reschedule your appointment.

• Consultations with Harmony Eleven are considered digital goods/services and there are no refunds or exchanges of any kind.

"Before commencing my phone, live or e-mail consultation, I have considered all of the above, and I agree to hold Harmony Eleven free and hold harmless and hereby release and remise Harmony Eleven from any claims, demands, suits for damages, for injury or complications whatever and/or negligence that may result from any intuitive consultation. I am well aware that I am the only decision maker in my life and that I am to exercise my FREE WILL in accordance. Which in turn will directly impact the outcome of my consultation. Any timeframes or predictions are merely a representation of the POSSIBLE outcome according to my energy and state of mind by the time of the reading. If my energy shifts into a totally different direction from the one at the time of the consultation, I understand that I, myself, influenced the outcome or consequences to my reality. Exterior interferences (POI or others) may also apply. For which, I am well aware, I will hold free and release and remise Harmony Eleven from any claims, demands, suits for damages, for injury or complications whatever and/or negligence that may result from any intuitive consultation.

I will only apply for Spiritual, Intuitive and/or Life Coaching Guidance. None of the guidance or suggestions that will result from the session will impact my FREE WILL."
